Occassionally a class is scheduled for a later start then the rest of the field. Typically this is to allow multiple entries in diffent index classes. Anyone who signs up for a late starting class, will receive a free TEST and Tune entry for the days event. This special arrangement ls called the "JP "special. Anyone withdrawing from said "late starting class" who breaks prior to it's starting, will recieve a refund of the class entry fee minus the test and tune fee of the day.
